CAP Round-IV(in-person): Date 2nd July, 2026 (Thursday)

   • This vacancy may change based on cancellation requests from candidates. 
3. General Instructions for CAP Round-IV 
   • Reporting (in-person) to COEP Tech with all required documents (Original and Two Photocopy sets) 02/07/2026 at 10.00 AM at the Main Auditorium, Near Main Building. COEP Technological University, Pune
   • Candidates will be called for seat allocation based on their final merit number and the availability of vacancies in various MTech specializations or M Planning.    
   • Confirmation of admission to allotted seats by paying the Requisite Admission Fees and submitting the required documents at COEP Tech.
   • Aspiring candidates must carry a Demand Draft of the requisite fees (as applicable and mentioned in the fee structure) in the name of “COEP Technological University”, payable at Pune. No other mode of payment will be accepted at the time of admission.

Important Instructions to Working Professional Candidates: 

The eligible candidates in the working professional category need to report on 30th June, 2026, at 10.30 AM at the Main Auditorium, Near Main Building, COEP Technology University.

Please follow the instructions during the admission process: 

• Reporting (in person) to COEP Tech with all required documents (Original and Two Photocopy sets) 
• Confirmation of admission to allotted seats by paying the Requisite Admission Fees and submitting the required documents at COEP Tech.

  Important Instruction:

• Submission of grievances, if any, for all types of Candidates:
  • Candidate shall raise the Grievance about the correction required in the data displayed in the provisional merit list through his/her Login.
  • The application of such candidates shall be reverted to the candidate in his/her Login for rectification.
  • The candidate shall upload the requisite documents to substantiate the claim for any correction/ concession.
  • The status of acceptance/rejection of the Grievance raised by the candidate shall be available in the candidate’s Login along with the latest receipt cum Acknowledgment.
