    Dr. Nilaya Murthy is a dedicated academician and researcher with over 14 years of teaching and Academic experience in the field of management. Holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, and is UGC-NET qualified in Management. Has a strong academic background comprising a B.Com. and an MBA in Finance & HR, reflecting a solid foundation in management education.
    She has published research papers in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals and actively participates in conferences, faculty development programs and curriculum development. Her research interests include digital banking, behavioural finance, business ethics and corporate governance.
    She is dedicated to fostering an engaging learning environment and promoting holistic student growth.
