Dr. Arpita Goyal is an academic and researcher with expertise in Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. She previously served as an Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and has two years of teaching experience at SAGE University, Indore. She earned her Ph.D. from the Central University of Rajasthan. Her research interests encompass Entrepreneurial Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Talent Management, Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices, Knowledge Management, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Her research work focuses on contemporary issues in management and aims to generate meaningful insights for academia, industry, and society. She has published research papers in journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC and has actively participated in and presented research papers at various national and international conferences.
