    CAE in Various Industries .
    • Played a key role in handling international key turn CAE projects in the field of high end Finite element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics. Over 1000 projects in High end CAE for industries and 500 Training programmes in CAE at various levels for academecia and industry .
    • Strong academics experience for the past 10 years in Savitribai Phule Pune university occupying senior positions in Keystone School of Engineering ( Dean Academics ) and Chairman of the subject Finite element method and conducted several seminars and conferences and excellent record of publications in international journals . Also Taught at Flora Institute of technology for ME courses and Aerospace Engg and Liberal learning course Modern Computerized Film making at COEP .

    VFX and Animation
    • Total 7 years of experienmce in handling academic course content and framing the structure of the courses ( BSc , BVOC and B Des ) in the field of animation and VFx .
    • has framed novel syllabus structures for BVOC and BA courses for Tripura and SPPU , UoM and Amity University and ITM Mumbai .
    • Key role in MESC ( Media and Entertainment Skill Set council ) for Qualifications Pack developement involving various NOS ( NAtional Occupational Standards ) for AVGC sectors .
    • Jury and visiting faculty for short courses and suggesting short term courses in film industry and OTT platforms .
    • Sharing Scientific innovations through animations and also contributions of Indian Knowledge Systems in various aspects of Science and Technology .
    • Promoting AVGC sector for Engg students . National Award Winner for presenting best paper for applications of Modern Computerized film making to Engg Students titled ”

    A.) Received Three months training at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., Tractor Division, Mumbai, India by STEYR consultants, Austria.
    B.) One week training on the operation of tractors and various implements at Central Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Budni, Madhya Pradesh, India.
    C.) One week training on Quality, Total Quality Management and ISO – 9000 at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Tractor Division, Mumbai.
    D.) A Three days course on Quality Engineering with robust design or Taguchi method for cost reduction conducted by HIGHTECH INDIA , Mumbai in association with Phadke Associates,USA.
    E.) Attended a short course on Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis in San – Diego, California from Dec. 5 – Dec.. 9 by Prof. T J R Hughes and Prof. Ted Belytschko .
    (This is one of the best courses on Nonlinear FEA and the two professors have been well known personalities for their contribution in LS DYNA shells)
