Ms. Prema is an accomplished academician and finance professional with a strong foundation in both academics and industry. She is currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at COEP Technological University, where she imparts knowledge in the areas of Finance and Management through innovative, student-centric teaching methods.
She holds an MBA in Finance and is a UGC-NET qualified educator in Management. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. coursework at Gujarat Technological University, further enhancing her academic and research expertise.
She has previously held teaching positions at Silver Oak University and B.P. College of Business Administration, where she taught core subjects such as Financial Accounting, Principles of Management, Economics, Business Environment, and Mutual Fund Operations. She has actively mentored students on capstone and live industry projects, aligning academic learning with practical business insights. She is also engaged in curriculum development and NEP 2020-aligned academic planning.
