3. General Instructions for Admissions in CAP Round-IV: 

   • Reporting (in person) to COEP Tech with all required documents (Original and Two Photocopy sets) 14/08/2025 at 10.30 AM at Mini Auditorium, Academic Complex Blg. COEP Technological University, Pune

   • Candidates will be called for the allocation of seats based on their final merit number, given based on the Score of the UCET Examination, and the availability of vacancies in various MTech specializations or M Planning.    

   • Confirmation of admission to allotted seats by paying the Requisite Admission Fees and submitting the required documents at COEP Tech.

   • Aspiring candidates must carry a Demand Draft of the requisite fees (as applicable and mentioned in the fee structure) in the name of “COEP Technological University”, payable at Pune. No other mode of payment will be accepted at the time of admission.

   • Reporting Time: 10.30 AM at the Venue

  • The application of such candidates shall be reverted to the candidate in his/her Login for rectification.
  • The candidate shall upload the requisite documents to substantiate the claim for any correction/ concession.

CAP Round-IV (For Candidates without GATE and Non-Sponsored)

• Candidates who applied through the Non-GATE and Non-sponsored category must appear for the University Common Entrance Test (UCET) to get admission to the vacant seats after CAP Round III. 
  
• The UCET exam is multiple-choice, and candidates must write the correct answer(s) for every question. The UCET Question Paper has two sections, Applied Mathematics and department-specific, based on the GATE 2024 Syllabus.
